Two week course results - Your get an understanding what the classical lesson structure is, your study main positions, introductory steps, bar exercises, turinings, also jumps depending on your background and body constitution
- Hand and leg muscles get stronger, posture gets shaped, walking gets graceful
- Your teacher who is a professional ballet supervisor pays attention on the technique of you doing exercises in order to obtain the result and to avoid traumas and wricks
Clothes for lessons
- No special requirements but it's good to have comfortable clothes for training and it's better if the clothes is not baggy and doesn't rivet your movements
- For your feet ballet shoes are the best solution but if not then gym shoes or any shoes without a hill
