- would like to feel like a ballet dancer and train in the same rooms, with the same teachers

Invitation from the organizers
Since 2013, the non-profit organization DX ART has been developing projects in the field of classical ballet in cooperation with the Tallinn Ballet School. Since 2014, we have been holding the only international competition for classical ballet dancers in Estonia - Tallinn International Ballet Competition, and since 2017, a summer intensive ballet competition - Tallinn International Ballet Masterclasses.

- Your get an understanding what the classical lesson structure is, your study main positions, introductory steps, bar exercises, turinings, also jumps depending on your background and body constitution
- Hand and leg muscles get stronger, posture gets shaped, walking gets graceful
- Your teacher who is a professional ballet supervisor pays attention on the technique of you doing exercises in order to obtain the result and to avoid traumas and wricks
- No special requirements but it's good to have comfortable clothes for training and it's better if the clothes is not baggy and doesn't rivet your movements
- For your feet ballet shoes are the best solution but if not then gym shoes or any shoes without a hill
